Our Service

Here at Perfect Reception, we tailor make you package around your needs and services. We take the time to find out exactly what it is you require for yourself and your business. We work in the same way as physical receptionist would but just at a fraction of the cost. Click here to see the list of services we provide, all of which can be adapted around your needs.

We will have you all set up with in 24hrs. Our experience makes this process easy and with no hassle – we understand your time is precious.

No, you can divert any number to us, mobiles included. However, if you do require a landline number for marketing purposes we can offer you one.

Our call management system can identify your calls the moment they are received. The moment we receive a call we can identify the company and any specific requirements the company has, meaning your calls will always be answered to your exact specification.

Voicemail transcripts with recordings are available across all services and will be forwarded as per your specification.

All our services are based in the South East of England. We do not outsource any of our calls or reception services. Every service we offer is operated by our trained, accent neutral team within our offices.

Billing

We offer a FREE trial, we will set-up the services in the same way we would if you were to begin a package with us. We will have a ‘Design your Receptionist’ call and conduct some tests and then you are ready to go. At the end of the trial we will contact you to see if you would like to continue the services and select the most appropriate package for you and take the necessary details to set you up on our billing system.

When you start up with us, we will go through your requirements in detail to customise your package, however if at any point during your contract your needs change, simply contact the Customer Service team and we can adjust your package accordingly.

We bill all package costs one month in advance, adhoc charges such as additional calls or live chat are billed from the 25th of the previous month to the 26th of the current month. All invoices will be sent out on the last working day of the month with a 30-day payment term.

With Perfect Reception all our packages can be adapted to your growing needs. For example if you employ an additional staff member that requires their calls managed, you can simply send us their details or if your call volume increases, we can upgrade your package – all at no additional cost.

Our minimum contract is 3 months.

We operate a 30-day written notice period that needs to be provided at the end of the contracted period. After the initial contract period you will go on to a one month rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time.
