We have now been using Perfect Reception for a number of years. They handle all our incoming enquiries, be they on the phone, e-mail, web form or more recently, chat. They filter out spam callers and upload all new sales information to our CRM. They adapt to our changing business, for example, switching the call forwarding numbers depending on which of our remote workers is on duty on a given day, and they do this at short notice with no fuss. They are very professional, keep us updated with new features that may be of interest to us, and maintain a high level of service quality. Highly recommended!
